Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order ships, with tracking included.

Shipping options and rates

• Standard shipping — 7–12 business days. Free on orders over $75, otherwise $4.95.
• Express shipping — 3–5 business days, $14.95.

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners in Asia and North America. Delivery estimates are working days and start from dispatch, not from the moment you order.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch — if it still shows no movement after three days, contact us and we'll chase it for you.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped to the United States below $800 are not subject to import duties. Customers in the EU, UK, Canada and Australia may be charged VAT or import duty by their local customs authority; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Delays

Occasionally customs inspections, severe weather or peak season volumes can add a few days. If your order is late, email support@offat.com with your order number and we'll investigate straight away.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually correct it before dispatch.
