Returns
You have 60 days from delivery to return an unworn piece for a refund. Items must be in their original condition, returned in the Offat pouch or box with any tags attached. Personalised pieces and pierced earrings can't be returned, except where they arrive damaged.
To start a return, email support@offat.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within one business day with instructions, and send a prepaid label where it applies. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving.
Shipping
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 7–12 business days and is free on orders over $75, otherwise $4.95. Express shipping is $14.95 and takes 3–5 business days. Every order ships with tracking.
We ship worldwide. Customers in the EU, UK, Canada and Australia may be charged VAT or import duty by their local customs authority; those charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
