Materials & Sizing
Most Offat pieces are 14K gold plated over stainless steel or brass, and a smaller selection is 925 sterling silver. Every product page lists the exact material for that design. Our stainless steel and sterling silver pieces are the best choice if you have sensitive skin.
Every product page lists exact measurements and our size guide covers ring sizing and chain lengths. If you are between sizes, order both — you have 60 days to return the one that does not fit.
Shipping, Returns & Care
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 7–12 business days and is free on orders over $75; express shipping takes 3–5 business days for $14.95.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Customers in the EU, UK, Canada and Australia may be charged VAT or import duty by their local customs authority; these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first update — if it is still blank after three days, contact us and we will chase it.
60 days from delivery, unworn and in the original packaging. Returns from the US on orders over $50 are free. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the item reaching us.
For hygiene reasons pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty. Faulty pieces are covered by our 12-month craftsmanship warranty.
Every Offat piece carries a 12-month craftsmanship warranty covering broken clasps, failed plating and loose settings. Email support@offat.com with photos and your order number and we will replace it.
Plated finishes can dull with wear, and sterling silver tarnishes naturally. Wipe pieces with a soft dry cloth after wearing, keep them away from perfume, chlorine and abrasive cleaners, and store them dry — that is what keeps them looking new. See our jewelry care guide for details.
Many Offat designs are made with 316L surgical stainless steel or 925 sterling silver, which are the best options for sensitive skin, and every product page lists the material for that design. If you have reacted to plated jewellery before, start with those.
Our finishes are water-resistant, so occasional contact is fine. To keep pieces looking new we recommend removing them before swimming, showering or working out — chlorine and sweat dull a finish fastest.
Every order arrives in an Offat pouch inside a recyclable box, ready to give. Add a gift note at checkout and we will include it in the parcel.
